In addition to providing Managed IT services ITH Pharma, were facing significant challenges with their network infrastructure which made management complicated.

The infrastructure they previously had in place was disorganised with poor cable management due to poor patch management and installation over the years. They needed a solution that streamlined their infrastructure so it could operate more efficiently as in its previous state, it posed a risk to their operations; a simple accident, like someone tripping over cables, could potentially disrupt the entire network.
