We wanted a local company who knew our business and immediately established a good relationship with razorblue. BHP began working with razorblue in 2017. Following a period of growth, it became apparent that the firm had outgrown its previous IT systems and was relying heavily on aging infrastructure, which in turn posed data security threats.

 

The outdated hardware was unable to meet the increasing network demands and efficiencies were affected.

razorblue carried out an in-depth audit and worked with BHP to identify their specific needs and plans for the future

The Solution:

 

An effective end-to-end managed IT solution was proposed to support BHP’s in-house IT team.

In addition to this, transitioning the server to a cloud platform and a Wide Area Network installation was agreed, seamlessly connecting all sites and ensuring a secure and flexible working environment. The new connectivity solution also included a hosted telephony system, which was implemented following the initial phase of work.

 

More recently, razorblue have supported with a company-wide migration to Microsoft 365, as well as implementing first-class email security and antivirus solutions.

With over 150 employees, Border to Coast needed a managed IT solution that could handle a large number of users and would be scalable in line with the company’s growth.
