Inspire North (previously Community Links), is a charitable organisation dedicated to providing mental health, housing, and wellbeing support across the North of England.

Inspire North (previously Community Links) first partnered with razorblue in December 2015, seeking a trusted Managed IT provider to support their growing organisation. With a network of 635 client devices, 22 servers, and a diverse portfolio of sites ranging from offices to retail locations, the charity needed robust IT infrastructure and dependable support.

Heel & Toe
Established in 2008, Heel & Toe is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of therapies and support to children with physical and complex disabilities in the North East region.
Founder Paul Bannister decided early in the charity’s journey ‘that no child should be denied therapy due to a lack of money’, Heel and Toe offer free Conductive Education Therapy for any child with Cerebral Palsy. Due to an increasing demand for their services, the organisation has expanded to 2 sites and welcomed a further 40+ staff members, including therapy staff and nurses.
MK Act
MK Act, a longstanding charity serving Milton Keynes for over 45 years, is dedicated to supporting individuals and families fleeing domestic violence. Offering safe emergency accommodation and comprehensive services, they assist over 100 families daily. Regardless of age, gender, or background, MK Act provides crisis intervention, refuge, and tailored programmes. Committed to equality and inclusion, they offer personalised care and access to female support workers upon request. MK Act’s mission resonates with razorblue’s values, and we’re proud to support their vital work in fostering a safer community for survivors in Milton Keynes.
Since our collaboration began, razorblue has been dedicated to providing comprehensive managed IT services to support MK Act’s vital mission of assisting individuals and families fleeing domestic violence in Milton Keynes. MK Act relies on razorblue to ensure the smooth operation of their IT infrastructure, enabling them to focus on their core objectives of providing safe emergency accommodation and essential services to those in need.

We recommended upgrading their infrastructure with a unified Palo Alto Networks VM-100 Cloud Firewall with Threat Prevention, consolidating their systems and reducing initial costs. Additionally, we implemented MPLS circuits to double bandwidth, improving connectivity across all locations and enhancing security.
