razorblue are committed to ensuring that indviduals are not subject to behaviour or threats that may amount to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and or similar human rights abuse.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Our commitment is to act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and implementing and enforcing controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chain.
Our Structure
This policies applies to our ultimate parent company, Razorblue Group Ltd, and its subsidiaries.
The group provides IT services, across the UK and worldwide.
Our Own People
Our internal vetting policies reduce the risk of modern slavery by ensuring employees have the right to reside and work in the UK.
Supply Chain
razorblue have policies and procedures in place to ensure that partners in our supply chain:
- Have their own framework in place to prevent modern slavery within their own business and supply chain
- Are aware of the risks posed by modern slavery and why diligence is important
These policies and procedures are enforced as part of our procurement framework.
Training
As part of our commitment to being an ethical business & employer, our team members are trained on the risks posed by modern slavery and how to identify signs of abuse.
